Psychological counselling online

A space for you.

I’m glad you’re here. In everyday life we take care of many things, but rarely of ourselves. Here there is room for your thoughts, feelings and needs.

I support people through times of change, under pressure at work, and on the way to understanding themselves and their relationships better. Confidential and online, in English, German or Russian.

Topics

What you can come to me with

Often it is not a clearly defined problem but a feeling of being stuck. Together we look at what comes up and what you need.

Life transitions

When something fundamental changes and the old ways no longer fit.

  • Moving, migration and settling into a new country
  • Separation, parenthood, returning to work
  • Important decisions and new beginnings
  • The question of who you are beyond all your roles

Emotional wellbeing

When things feel anxious, heavy or empty inside.

  • Anxiety and fears
  • Low mood, apathy, lack of energy
  • A sense of emptiness or loss of meaning
  • Inner tension, irritability, anger
  • Guilt and shame

If low mood or anxiety persist and seriously affect your daily life, it is important to see a doctor or a psychotherapist.

Work & career

When work takes more energy than it gives.

  • Stress, overload, feeling exhausted
  • Conflicts with managers or within the team
  • Finding your own professional path and important career decisions
  • Your role, boundaries and standing up for yourself at work
  • Tension between work, family and your own needs

Relationships with yourself and others

When something isn’t working in your relationships: with a partner, family, colleagues or with yourself.

  • Couple relationships, intimacy, looking for a partner
  • Relationships with parents, relatives and family
  • Loneliness and difficulties connecting with others
  • Recurring patterns in relationships
  • Self-worth and the inner critic
  • Needs and boundaries

Difficult experiences

When past experiences such as war or the loss of home or loved ones still affect everyday life.

  • A safe space with a careful approach to traumatic experiences, to make sense of what happened
  • Living through grief, worry and uncertainty
  • Rediscovering your own resources in everyday life

In my training I have specialised in working with traumatic experiences. I do not offer trauma therapy as medical treatment. If you have persistent symptoms, it is important to see a psychotherapist.

Approach

Gestalt-oriented and practical

“What are you noticing right now?”

This simple question is often where we begin. The Gestalt approach turns attention to what is present now. From my studies in business psychology I bring solid knowledge of work, organisations and how decisions are made.

Awareness
We pay attention to thoughts, feelings and bodily sensations. This can bring to light what has been running in the background.
Here and now
We work with what is happening here and now: in our conversation, in your feelings and sensations. Even old themes show up in the present, so we look at how the past resonates in you today.
Contact
Our relationship in counselling also becomes a space for exploration. We can notice how you show yourself with another person, what you feel and what you need. What comes up here often helps you understand other relationships in your life better.
Self-responsibility
You set the pace and the goal. I don’t give ready-made answers; I help you find your own.

A few sentences are enough: roughly what it is about, which language you would like to speak and when you are usually available. Your message will be treated confidentially.
