Sofia Kostyuchenko

I live in Düsseldorf. After studying in Regensburg, Madrid, Passau and Bologna, I completed a part-time master’s degree in business psychology (M. Sc.). For more than ten years I have worked in companies and in consulting: in risk and process management, designing HR processes with international teams, and today as a management consultant for change management and digital transformation. So I know pressure, change and conflict in organisations from my own experience.

Since 2022 I have been training in Gestalt therapy with the National Association of Gestalt Therapists of Ukraine (NAGTU). Because of the war, the training takes place online and comprises around 720 teaching hours: theory, group therapy, group supervision and supervised practice with clients. I am in the final stage, with completion planned for April 2027.
